By accessing LucentraCode, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading the software, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use LucentraCode.

LucentraCode is an AI-assisted software development product that may provide functionality including:

LucentraCode may interact with source-code repositories, files, shell commands, development tools, tests, local services, and configured integrations.

You are responsible for deciding what LucentraCode may access and for maintaining appropriate backups, permissions, and security controls.

Artificial intelligence may produce incorrect, incomplete, insecure, or unexpected output.

You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on, merging, executing, or deploying it. This includes:

As between you and Lucentra Labs, you retain the rights you hold in source code, prompts, files, and other content you provide through LucentraCode.

You grant Lucentra Labs the limited rights necessary to process that content for purposes of providing LucentraCode, executing your requests, generating responses, operating integrations you enable, and securing and maintaining the service.

Using LucentraCode does not transfer ownership of your source code to Lucentra Labs.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Lucentra Labs does not claim ownership of output generated specifically for you solely because that output was generated through LucentraCode.

You are responsible for determining whether output is legally and technically suitable for your intended use.

LucentraCode may depend on third-party services including AI model infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, Razorpay, search services, MCP servers, and third-party integrations.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

LucentraCode may offer paid subscription plans with different model access, usage allowances, limits, features, and capabilities.

Current plan details are displayed on the LucentraCode website or during checkout.

LucentraCode paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until cancelled.

Your selected payment method may be charged automatically at the beginning of each new billing period.

To prevent the next renewal charge, cancel the subscription before the applicable renewal date.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Your use of Razorpay may also be subject to Razorpay's applicable terms and privacy practices.

LucentraCode subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.

Exceptions apply only where a refund is required by applicable law, where a verified duplicate charge occurred, or where a verified incorrect charge occurred.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not create a refund for the current paid billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional information.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not intentionally use LucentraCode to violate applicable law, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious software, damage systems or information, abuse infrastructure, circumvent LucentraCode controls, misuse credentials, or violate third-party intellectual-property or other legal rights.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

LucentraCode may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure failures, network problems, model-provider outages, capacity limitations, security incidents, third-party services, and events outside our reasonable control.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect LucentraCode, protect users or third parties, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, address security risks, comply with applicable law, address unpaid amounts, or enforce these Terms.

Except for your content and applicable third-party or open-source components, LucentraCode and its branding, website, proprietary software, infrastructure, interfaces, and related materials belong to Lucentra Labs or its licensors.

LucentraCode may include or incorporate open-source software. Those components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted directly under an applicable open-source license.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LucentraCode is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will always be accurate, generated code will always be secure, output will be free of defects, every model will remain available, every task will complete successfully, or LucentraCode will operate without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucentra Labs Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of LucentraCode.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using LucentraCode at any time. Lucentra Labs may restrict or terminate access where permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

The courts of New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or LucentraCode.

We may update these Terms as LucentraCode evolves.

Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the website, dashboard, email, or another reasonable method.
