Relevant source code or repository information may be processed when required to perform the task you request.

Information required for AI inference may be transmitted through LucentraCode infrastructure and infrastructure used to provide the selected AI model.

Lucentra Labs does not claim ownership of your source code merely because it is processed through LucentraCode.

LucentraCode may store information locally on your device, including authentication credentials, configuration, cache information, session information, and application state.

We may process operational information necessary to provide, secure, and maintain LucentraCode, including account identifiers, authentication events, request counts, token usage, model usage, plan usage, routing information, service errors, performance information, security information, and subscription/billing status.

We may use information to provide LucentraCode, authenticate users, execute coding requests, provide model access, route requests, manage usage, manage subscriptions, process payments, provide support, maintain security, investigate technical failures, prevent fraud or abuse, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.

LucentraCode may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to execute model requests. Information necessary to perform a request may therefore be processed by those providers.

The infrastructure involved may depend on the selected model, Smart Auto routing, availability, and technical configuration.

To operate LucentraCode, we process prompts, outputs, relevant source-code context, command output, tool output, model information, session information, and execution information as needed to complete your request.

Depending on the applicable plan, product configuration, and provider, your prompts and related content may be used to evaluate, improve, train, or fine-tune models and related systems.

Where permitted and feasible, we may use de-identified or aggregated interaction data for these purposes. Any plan-specific setting or commitment that excludes training use will be described in the applicable plan terms or account settings.

Third-party AI providers may apply separate data-use policies to information sent to them to provide the selected model. Review the applicable provider terms before sending confidential or regulated data.

Using appropriately protected, de-identified, or aggregated interaction data may help us improve the service efficiently and keep pricing accessible. It does not promise a particular price, model, or feature availability.

Users may configure LucentraCode to interact with external MCP servers and other third-party systems.

These services operate under their own configuration, terms, security practices, and privacy policies. Lucentra Labs does not control independently configured third-party integrations.

When supported web-search functionality is explicitly invoked, a generated search request may be transmitted to the relevant search provider.

LucentraCode payments are processed through Razorpay. Razorpay may collect and process payment information required to complete transactions.

Lucentra Labs may receive payment-related information such as payment status, subscription status, transaction identifier, plan information, and billing information.

Complete payment-card details may be handled directly by Razorpay rather than stored by Lucentra Labs. Razorpay's own privacy terms may also apply to payment processing.

Our website and account services may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for authentication, security, session management, and product functionality.

We retain personal, operational, security, and billing information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LucentraCode, maintain accounts, process subscriptions, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Users remain responsible for protecting their devices, accounts, repositories, and credentials.
